This beautiful city is a dream come true being a Bath wedding photographer, set in the English county of Somerset. It is famous for the elegant Georgian architecture, the Royal Crescent being one of it’s most famous street’s, alongside the Majestic Circus. Bath Spa was used by the Romans for it’s natural hot springs, you can still bathe here. A must visit is also Bath Abbey, which also offers weddings to parishioners and ex school pupils. I was lucky enough to photograph a wedding here for that reason. Bath is also famous for it’s rugby team. Founded in 1865, it is one of the oldest clubs in existence. Match days start with a beautiful walk alongside the river Avon, heading towards The Recreation Ground. A perfect weekend for a stag party.
Being a Bath wedding photographer, I really get spoilt with venues to photograph at. Everywhere you look around Bath there are beautiful wedding venues such as The Roman Baths & Pump Room, Assembly Rooms. The Guildhall, Grittleton House and Victoria Art Gallery (featured in Charles Dickens and Jane Austen Novels). All these also hold weddings and receptions. Being a Spa town it attracts couples from all over the Uk and abroad. It also has the benefit of being surrounded by so many gorgeous and historic villages. You can also see more wedding venues of Bath on my blog. Some of them include Hamswell House, Aldwick Estate, Orchardleigh House, Priston Mill, Coombe Lodge and the beautiful Cripps Barn.
I have been lucky enough to capture lots of couples enjoying the best days of their lives. I am so lucky to document so many wonderful moments and family interactions. Being a Bath wedding photographer is a great honour. If you’re getting married and would like to know more about me photographing your wedding in Bath.

We were drawn to Dan’s photos as they were different to anything else we had seen online. The special moments that Dan caught at our English Manor House wedding in the Cotswolds, we didn’t even know happened. A true professional and a lovely person to go with it.
